Our mission is to find the very best of the European Internet, and last year that included great work from over 30 European countries. Our Lovie Ambassadors make sure that all the outstanding digital work happening in their countries finds its way to our Academy.
Established in 2007, the Lovie International Ambassadors Program has helped to strengthen our relationship with the Internet community and industry around the world. The Lovie Ambassadors are a group of passionate Internet supporters, creatives, and entrepreneurs, serving as a “voice on the ground” in their area.
If you’re interested in learning more about the Lovie Ambassador program please contact Claire Graves at email@example.com.
The Netherlands: Maarten, Bart, + Jake
I Love The Webbys was started by Jake Blok as an ongoing campaign to get great Dutch talent to enter The Webby Awards. Maarten van den Berg joined the efforts in 2008 and Bart Gloudemans came aboard in 2011. Dutch companies are often hesitant to enter their work for an award based in America, but over the years the Dutch have proven to be prolific Webby winners, which makes the I Love The Webbys team immensely proud.
